Everything was great except still having to wear a mask. You’d think a physician’s office would keep up to date. A recent meta analysis shows masks do nothing to slow or prevent anything. I feel sorry for the staff who must wear one every day. The same study showed only negative health outcomes from long term mask wearing.

Excellent Service!

The entire staff at Page Family Practice are competent, professional, efficient, and friendly. The on-location pharmacy is very convenient, and I have found the prices for medications to be very competitive with local commercial pharmacies.

The poor rating is completely regarding the front desk staff. I've been seeing Dr. Page's office for 15 years. These women are the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever seen in your office or in amy medical office. Yesterday I had a appointment for bloodwork at 7:30 but was instructed to be there at 7:15. The door was not unlocked until 730. OK I get that. There was a lineup of people by the time they unlock the door. I was first there, so I went to the desk and signed in and was told to sit down because they had a lineup of people , so everyone else was taken care of. With a waiting room full of patients at least 10, they proceeded to gossip about a patient who had been there the day before, and I mean we could all hear it because the window was open. This went on for 10 minutes and finally at 740 I asked if I was going to be able to be seen because I needed to get to work. I was told that the person who draws the blood has a process and he needs time to get things in the computer. Most adults who work, have a process and we get there on time so that we can be ready for a customers/ patients The manner, she speaks and communicates is so abrupt and rude. it seems patients are intruding on her day.

I was finally called back at 7:45. 15 minutes late which is a long time to a person who has to sit in a mask and can barely get oxygen and is late for work. Not to mention the people behind me are all subsequently late. This is not the first time I have been addressed in a snotty, demeaning Manor by this front worker. It makes me sad because once a patient navigates that stressful mess, the medical care and providers are top rate. I have no doubt they're the best in Arizona. I was still upset when I got back to the phlebotomist room. He listen patiently while I told him all about my experience. And then he did an amazing job, finding a vein in my arm and I didn't even feel it. All of the medical professionals in your office are amazing. Thank you for the opportunity to express my feelings. Sincerely, Cinda Lockwood 623-451-1705.
