Moderate wait times . Came in for new patient visit which is charged as an extended visit. Physician was un aware of the type of visit but when informed disregarded information and made visit as short as possible. Follow up for annual physical and exactly same thing happened. Not a total of 10 mins for both exams.

Made an appointment to come in and not more than 5 minutes later I got a call back saying I had an outstanding bill I asked what it was for and the girl told me she didn’t know so I told her I can’t pay for something that I don’t know what it is and very rudely she told me that I can’t have my appointment until I pay that bill instead of saying something like I’ll find out and get back to you. I took offense to that and my wife and myself are now looking for another primary care doctor

Actual service was good. But I had to come in 3 separate times because the front desk scheduled me at inappropriate times since the tests needed to be done at a specific time of day and they botched it twice.

I would have given 5 stars, but it seems they can never start my appointment on time. Even if I get a very early appointment, I'm never called back till after my scheduled time.

Love Page family practice in general, however, wasn't super pleased with my last visit. I came in after being sick with a fever for 9 straight days. Red swollen throat, fever, nausea. I had to request to be tested for West Nile and Valley Fever but Kelly did nothing to recommend anything to ease my symptoms. I had this same experience with Kelly the previous time I saw her. She's nice and knowledgeable, but I feel like she checks a box seeing me and is done with me. Nothing to actually help me feel better or get to the root cause. Basically just tells me she doesn't know and to come back in if symptoms persist...I had already experienced symptoms for 9 days straight! I feel I should have been given some meds or directives to treat my symptoms.
