We do apologize about the inconvenience of you not knowing the fee of your procedure prior to your scheduled appointment , we will make sure moving forward if you wish to return to our practice that your fees are reviewed prior to your visit. However, you were offered payment arrangements in regards to making a payment in which the front desk coordinator did show a level on being concerned.
