The hygienist does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. The assistants and others are very kind and helpful. Dr. Murray lied about two things. I asked him to use white fillings to fill my teeth. When I asked him about the metal that was showing around it, he told the assistant to put some porcelain around the area. He knew this was a short time resolution. He promised to fill a cavity free for me. When reminded of his promise he said, "I will do that the next time." He is dishonest, overcharges for mediocre dental practices. I will never set foot in his office again. I have two friends that agreed with his shoddy work.

I was a client for years. I brought family members there for services and they spent large sums of money for services. I switched my Medicare supplement plan and was told that you did not accept my plan. What I’m not understanding is why you continue to send me notifications about returning to this practice? After at minimum, 10 years of loyalty to your practice, and bringing other family members to patronize your practice, you’ve shown no loyalty to your clients! Please take my name and information out of your system and do not contact me again. Very dissatisfied Dr. Murray!

I left this dentist years ago. Dr. Alexander does not do a good job; just takes your money. He shaved my tooth down too small when getting a crown, now my tooth is no good. I should’ve sued! Please do not go to this dentist if you want your teeth! I would score this place a negative, if that was an option. They need to close this place down and take his license away.
