We have a 4 bay facility outfitted with the latest in diagnostic and repair equipment. We pride ourselves on performing repairs and maintenance right the first time, on time. You will enjoy personalized service that the large dealerships and independents are unable to provide. We will not try to sell you what you don't need.
We employ ASE certified technicians that continually train to keep up to date on new technologies.

Thanks for your feedback. This helps us to implement and update processes to continually improve. I have reviewed both of the invoices in question. On the towed in car, that is what the initial write up and inspection was. I can see it was not articulated well on the work order and should have been removed. I apologize and am sending you a check for that amount plus tax. This could have been easily remedied with a phone call. As for the truck. The part that we installed was a regulator AND motor. I don't know if that was what you saw on the internet or not but experience has taught us to replace these particular ones as a unit. This is the part that was available this day. Had we known that you didn't mind waiting 3 or 4 days for a part with no labor warranty we certainly could have gone that route. If you choose to return for any service I hope we can meet your expectations better.
