Went in for a consultation and was quoted a redicoulous price for color on my hair. One color nothing fancy and it was going to cost me $200. I've been to alot of well established salons and have never payed that much. On top of that they weren't able to get me in for 3 weeks following the consultation.


Hello, Our single process color starts at $54 but does vary depending on the amount of product that will need to be used and any adjustments that would be made to our standard coloring process. The purpose of the complementary consultation is to advise you of a cost estimate, time it will take to achieve the look you want and reserve a time for you and your services. i was recently treated to a facial this past Sunday and it was my first time visiting your spa... I must say I was VERY happy when i left. I am far from the spa aficionado, but i am blessed to be able to travel and experience different spas from around the world. I didn't feel like i was in Erie (let alone in the Yorktown Plaza!) and my experience was far from disappointing. I was lucky enough to get Valerie as my aesthetician, she was very intune to me as a person. She was able to listen to my needs and her product recommendations were spot on, I may actually invest in a new skin care product and for SURE come back and request her in the future (SOON!). Do you offer any sort of spa or product incentives?

I look forward to another visit and i hope to receive the same exceptional service as I have previously.

My last visit to Panache Salon and Spa was for a Signature Manicure with Megan. It was a wonderful experience. Megan is very professional and thorough. She understood that I don't have regular manicures, perform routine cuticle care & don't always prefer common blunt square nail practices. She accommodated my tastes perfectly and assisted me with choosing "Gay Prancing Ponies" pink glitter polish to complete my look. I will return for her services.

I usually have massages with Kae and Matthew. Both are excellent. I have referred friends to both who are regularly treated for work-related injuries with massage. For me, when dealing with a specific injury or area of concern and tension, the cupping massage by Kae is the most effective. It isn't painful and leaves me with more sustained relief when the massage is over. I am also a favorite of the hot stone massage for extended relief post-massage. I am awaiting an Aromatherapy and Swe-Thai massage and will post reviews after enjoying them.

I am never disappointed in the Panache Salon. The atmosphere, staff and care and compassion extended to their guests are what makes this my favorite Salon and Spa in the Erie area.

My experience from checking in to checking out was great. The only thing I would suggest is privacy walls. The room next to me was talking really loud the whole time he was in there.

Terribly disappointed in the hair team since Rose left. She used to be my go to girl and when she left they said they could "fit me in with someone random probably" I didn't really appreciate feeling like a was a burden when scheduling a hair appointment. Once I got there I wasn't told who my stylist would be until he came to greet me. He is nice but didn't do the job I was used to. I'm so sad that this establishment has gone downhill. I don't know where I will get my hair done from now on, but I do not want to be treated that way again.


I would like to apologize from the whole team at Panache. The EXPERIENCE you received is not the standards of Panache and is not the manner in which we build our culture. I truly appreciate your review as is helps greatly in determining where we may be falling short on completely satisfying our clients. This issue has been addressed with your specific stylist, as well as the whole hair department. Obviously, our goal is for every client is that they completely LOVE their service when then leave our building.
