'Always have a positive experience at my favorite dentist office. The staff are friendly and very professional. Allison (dental hygienist) is a pleasure and Laurie (front desk) is always pleasant, cordial and very kind. Dr. Nelson Pan is an expert at his craft. Dr. Debra Pan is very informative and extremely thorough in educating her patients on every procedure being performed as well as offering tips on what her patients can do to improve on their dental care. The office is very up to date on dental technology and social communication on the web. With their digital communication in place (telephone, email, and text messaging), it would be impossible to miss an appointment. My family and I would never go anywhere else.
