I was not aware that taking the sharp edge from your teeth, X-rays, etc. would cost $447.00. I am on Social security with limited income. I
came for a consult & spent my next months house payment. Next time, please tell me the cost before I give you the OK to do work. One of my teeth was chipped off too much. Otherwise the visit was ok

I am certainly sorry your were not 100% satisfied with my severices. I strive to do my best and cover everything including cost before I ever do treatment. And upon review of the charting, you were given 5 treatment options that were all written out with the prices, and discussed. One of those options was to do nothing and leave the problems and concerns alone. The other four options ranged from the $447.00 to over $6000.00 to fix everything that you were concerned with. You chose the $447.00 option and then the work was then completed. Like I stated above, all of our patients have the option to leave things alone, for whatever reasons, and I am certainly sorry for any confussion or hurt feelings.

I really like to be able to communicate with my dentist & or doctors & usually am disappointed- but not with Dr. Carr he's very receptive and understanding. There is a different atmosphere in here with all his associates' that is very kind and receptive.
