As a family we have been going here for great service and Dental treatments for many years. We wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment. The Dentist's, Hygienist and all the staff are very nice and make you feel very comfortable as soon as you arrive. With their knowledge, professionalism and discussion it makes you feel confident that you are in good hands and shows they care for you!!!

I usually don’t write reviews but I am making an exception because I need to shout out about the incredible care and service I have received at Panorama Place Dental. Every individual that works there from reception staff (Sarah, Preet, Jacquie), hygienists (Colleen, Monica), dental assistants (Rachael, Ashley) and dentists (Dr. Monika Schneiderova, Dr. Marit Rumm) have been wonderful. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Schneiderova as my primary dentist. She is very good at what she does, listens carefully and develops a treatment plan with the patient’s best interests in mind. I my particular case there was significant erosion of the enamel on my upper front teeth causing discoloration as well as pain and sensitivity. I also had a very direct bite and a gap between my 2 bottom front teeth that was widening. Despite this, overall my teeth were in good condition and my oral health was excellent. For various reasons braces, jaw surgery, crowns or veneers were not good options for me. Dr. Schneiderova referred me to Dr. Rumm. She and her assistant Ashley are an excellent team. Together they did an absolutely amazing job. They fixed my problems with composite bonding/filling and gave me my smile back. From a forever grateful patient.

Our family have had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Panorama Place Dental for the past twenty-seven years.

Without fail, every visit has been met with a cherry "good morning" or afternoon, prompt professional care at reasonable prices along with excellent follow-up.

Strongly recommend Dr Kerestes and his staff for any dental health situations you might have or require attending to.

The staff and the work is A1. As long as I live anywhere in Vancouver I will go out of my way to go to this clinic. The dentist is kind, skilled and caring. The hygenist made sure I was comfortable and took pride in her work. The receptionist is very personable.

It was terrible. I asked for sweet cheeks when I booked the appt. When I got out I was charged an additional $59 on top of my $75 birthday gift certificate. I was shocked but paid it and didn't want to argue or question it so as not to ruin the calming effects of my treatment. The next day I looked at the receipt to see that I was charged for a massage with body polish add on. I phoned the spa and was told I got that service so I paid for it. I said I never booked that service and I couldn't tell I was getting anything different. She got a manager to call me back the next day and she had spoken to the owner she said there would be no credit or refund as I had gotten that service. I was quite upset as I had not booked a full 1 hr massage with a body polish add on, I had specifically booked the sweet cheeks which is what I get every time I go and tat is what I told the person when I booked the appt over the phone. Then the manager said I would have been sebt a confirmation email the day before, which I did not receive and when i told her that she said ah yes your email didn't go through. I said well that is odd cause I get promotional emails from you. At the end of the day the manager said nothing could be done. i told her that I was very upset and that I would npt be coming back again. I own a small home care business and when my staff get over worked I send them to your spa, which I will not being doing ever again!!! I also buy gift cards for my family which I will not being doing again. Why should I have to pay for a service that I did not book when it was your staff mistake and then not have the different credited to myself. This is a very poor business practise, there are other spas in town and I shall frequent them from now on. Your mistake and lack of rectifying it has cost you a long term loyal client.
