Everyone is usually so friendly but the guy doing the Novocain and working on the fillings etc. has no personality, wasn't overly friendly, usually I am use to more talk but not from him seemed grouchy with others as well.

Somewhat disappointed. The hygienist used a hand held camera which clearly showed issues I had mentioned the previous year. When I asked her why no one has ever used this hand held camera in the last two previous years I had been going there, she didn't have a clear answer other than, some don't use it.

While checking out, there was confusion as to what the discount was going to be for paying in full at the time of the visit.

The last time I was at the Kent office I was treated very poorly. The woman I spoke with was completely unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to look up the information I was requesting. She acted annoyed that she was having to take time out of her day to help me. Which...is really the whole point of her job. To help customers. We'll be taking our business someplace else. Maybe a company that doesn't mind answering my questions, and treats me with respect. Also, the whole thing of speaking to the other agents in Spanish and Russian about customers or while they're with a customer is really rude. Just because I'm white doesn't mean I don't speak/understand Spanish or Russian. I speak 5 languages in addition to English. It's always interesting what people say when they think you don't understand what's being said.

My daughter's car wouldn't start. I did my Google research and ruled out a few items and figured it was the starter. Its a BMW 325 so replacing the starter tends to be costly. Blake and his team quickly diagnosed that it was in fact the starter, but they were able to replace the starter for several hundred dollars less than their original quote. They found savings and passed them on to me instead of overcharging for the work. I am very pleased that the Blake and his shop have consistently provided me good honest work.
