My experience at Paradise Animal Hospital was awesome when I went there for an appointment for our kitten Simba, on Tuesday November 14, 2017, at 10:30 am. The customer service was above and beyond the call of duty. The exceptional customer service started over the phone with Rebecca, when I made my very first kitten appointment. I had never been to Paradise Animal Hospital, I found them on the internet, and it was close to where my family and I live. Rebecca was great, she answered the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm, you knew that she was smiling over the phone. I am big on customer service, because I worked in that field for 20 years. I was so impressed, and you know the saying, "First impressions are lasting impressions". I was really impressed by the couple of reminder calls that I had received leading up to the appointment. It was very helpful to me seeing that I have a busy 7 year old and sometimes I forget things. Thanks guys. Once I got there the excellent customer service continued. The feedback and the plethora of information that we received, (my husband and I) was amazing. We know so much more about our kitty now, Cats period. Lol. The Veterinarian was awesome, she knew her stuff, also the other nurse, can't think of her name she was so cool, she clipped our Kitty's nails and gave him some treats. She told us a lot of pertinent information that we needed to know about the care of Simba. Thanks a lot. I will tell all my friends about Paradise. Come to find out, i had a conversation with my Godmother, and she knew about Paradise and said that she had taken her Poodle Zizi there for years. How wonderful.
