I have been a client here for many years. The office visit and meeting with the Doctor was great! Both Doctors are wonderful. The follow up call to order contacts was horrendous. First, I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes, then the lady said she needed to check something with the Doctor before we could place the order. She said she would call me back in "about 30 minutes". After over 6 hours I called back. I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes this time! (That is unacceptable for a Doctor's office.). (And the hold music was awful.) Then, the lady had to check with the Doctor again. As clueless as the lady was, I am not sure that the correct prescription was ordered.
