Very courteous staff, I was a bit late to my appointment but they worked me into the schedule anyway. Dr. Randall is very knowledgable and explains everything during the exam. My only complaint is that I have very nice frames, very expensive frames which have not been worn but maybe 30 times since I've had them and they have been very well cared for. I asked that the new lenses be placed into my frames but to do so I had to sign a waiver saying that if the lab breaks my frames that they are not responsible. My like new frames will be sent in like new condition to the lab and if they break them I will need to pay for new frames... this is not good business. These are not frames that I've been wearing for 10 years and are ready to fall apart. Then after that discussion it was pointed out to me that insurance will cover $130.00 for frames if I'd like to chose any new frames. I again pulled my glasses from the case and showed them to the person helping me, I already have new frames, nothing in this store that I can get for $130.00 can come close to the frames that I am giving you to put my new lenses in. I felt that I was being hard sold into a new car. I go there for the eye care which is great, that's really all I care about in the end.
