I have always gone to places that understand if a dogs feeling vulnerable, they take them out of the room so that the owner wouldn't be a distraction or a problem. Whenever my dogs were apprehensive or getting aggressive (because of all the strangers being around us) they have taken them away and kept me out of the not so pleasant situation. My dogs have always come back and we were good to go and I wasn't the bad guy for bringing them there. At this place they didn't even try to calm the situation down. My dogs were so scared and barking. When it came time for a my girl dog to have her shots and check up, she was hiding from me, then she crapped herself. After the appointment, she refused to come near me for the rest of the day. They're an animal hospital, shouldn't they be more in tuned with how the animals are feeling and try to make it a better experience for them?
