It was wonderful. The nurse and dr were very nice. They made me feel important and like I wasn't just a number (like how I felt at )banfield). the text reminders were awesome. The dr and nurse got down on the floor with my dogs and were so sweet and gentle with them. They answered all of my questions and gave me all the time I needed with acting like they are one foot out the door. I appreciated all of these things so much. And the facility was sooooo nice! Thank you very much for a magnificent experience. -Karen green
My dog looked great after his grooming and so I was very pleased with that. The only downside I would say is that it took 5 hours from start to finish. I understand there were some complications with other dogs, but it would have been nice to get a call or text telling me that.
Easy to get into as I had an emergency with my dog. Staff treated me very nice and they knew what they were doing. Made my dog feel relaxed and calmed down as he was pretty nervous. The doctor was gentle with him and was very informative and knowledgeable as to what was wrong with him and how to fix the injury. They also explained to me what I had to do to help him and continue to make him comfortable in words I could understand (a previous vet left me wondering what he was talking about more often than not). We will for sure be going back to Park Animal Hospital for our needs.
Was able to get an appointment same day. Wait was not long in the office either. Staff and vet were all friendly and professional. Dr. Park was good at explaining what he found and was conservative in his recommendation. I liked having a print out of what we discussed so I wouldn't forget any of it. Cost of the visit very reasonable.
my dachshund doogan went in to have his teeth pulled and turned out he had to have half his jaw removed. I was upset and they helped make me feel better about the situation. They helped me out with the cost as well, no way I would have been able to have it done without their help. my dog is so much healthier now becuz of them. He actually will go for walks now. I'm sure its cuz he his no longer in pain.
