It was wonderful. The nurse and dr were very nice. They made me feel important and like I wasn't just a number (like how I felt at )banfield). the text reminders were awesome. The dr and nurse got down on the floor with my dogs and were so sweet and gentle with them. They answered all of my questions and gave me all the time I needed with acting like they are one foot out the door. I appreciated all of these things so much. And the facility was sooooo nice! Thank you very much for a magnificent experience. -Karen green

Procedure was quick and the Techs helpful BUT we microchipped 2 dogs and they only filled out one application online so we are having problems adding our second dog. WORSE they handed both microchips to us at the same time so we do not know which one belongs to which dog which is an EPIC FAIL and does not allow us to complete the registration with Home Alone.
Techs need to complete the paper work and online registration properly and make sure owners know which tag goes with each pet.

We thought we might have to put him to sleep. But Liz was good and done her job and told us he will be ok. Everyone was nice there.

I was there with Tynan (my dog) just to get shots, nothing complicated, and it went great. They were so kind to Tynan who was incredibly nervous. I could have missed it with Tynan clinging to me, but I don't remember the technician or the vet introducing themselves by name. That would be my only suggestion, using names just makes the visit so much more personal and makes me feel more connected to the clinic. But they were kind and gentle to Tynan and the way they treat him is the most important thing, it isn't about me after all, so we'll surely go back and I will refer my friends to Park.

The hair cut was good, they always do a good job. This time they mistakenly charged us for a teeth cleaning when we never asked for it. So sone confusion there but they did not make us pay for it.

It was my best experience at a veterinary office ever! The doctor was amazing! She was very personable and kind! I have never had a veterinary doctor explain information that I needed so well! She was very precise with the instructions she gave me! She even made notes for me! I will recommend your office to everyone I can! Thank you so much for the excellent care Punkin recieved!

Every one was so helpful and kind. I was a nervous wreck. My dog, my Baby was injured and had to have his back leg amputated.
My questions were answered and I was reassured Jax would recover well.
