these guys rock. i can't say enuf good things about them. one of my pet peeves is the front office staff and they nailed that perfectly. and the docs are awesome as well.

The entire staff was very friendly and lovely to me and especially Josie. They made her feel loved and excited to be there! They were eager and willing to answer all my questions. It was a great experience.

Always very kind interactions with the entire staff. Check in and out is so easy (right in the room). They were highly recommend by a friend and am happy I found them!

Chris was really great. Spent a lot of time with us and gave me good guidance on some puppy prevention issues like separation anxiety and preventing knee problems.

We were not happy with the tech that handled our appointment and our dogs. We drive a long way just because we love the people, care and attention at Park Animal. This tech was new to us and seemingly afraid of our dogs (they are giant, but not mean or unruly). she was not willing to put any loving care we expect from Park Animal. She seemed very unsure how to handle dogs. After being put into a room, she came barging in and slammed the door on one of their paws (seems like vet etiquette 101). Multiple pokes from the needle to draw a couple drops of blood. Made comments how gross their slobber is (yes, we know they slobber, but you work in a vet's office!). Based on this single experience, we would not return nor recommend Park Animal.
Thankfully (and I sincerely hope) this is an exception to the normal awesome care we've grown to love.

Dr. Chris is the absolute best! She was on the floor playing with our dogs and assessing them at their level, which really put them at ease and took away the usual stress associated with going to the vet. Every doctor and tech we have met has been wonderful, and it is clear that they all love what they do for a living. We are so grateful to have found Park Animal Hospital and will never go anywhere else!
