We like Parker Imports lots because it is easy to get (or change) an appointment, they explain the repair costs up front and during the process, their prices are more reasonable than the dealer, the car is done when they say it will be, they are friendly and helpful, but most importantly, we can trust them completely. Most recent example: our Audi displayed a warning signal stating that the oil level sensor was defective. I called and asked how soon we could get it repaired, and how much it would cost. They said the cost would be around $400, but it was wonderful to find out when they called to say the sensor wasn't defective, but the wires had been chewed by a rodent, and the repair cost would only be around $130. They could have charged us the full amount, and we wouldn't have known the difference, but they are completely trustworthy.
