We love Dr McKen! He is easy to get along with and does a great job explaining any issues or concerns we have. Previously we have not had any issues with the office at all and would have rated 5 stars. However lately the front office staff, more importantly the new insurance billing person, I feel like the ball is getting dropped in that aspect. I don't get follow up calls on what I am asking/waiting about. Also that person flagged my account for a higher copay, which I know is not accurate since I discussed it with my insurance afterwards. Im sure there are some growing pains, but its getting frustrating.
The office is working very hard to address all insurance concerns as rapidly as possible. All emails, questions, concerns from patients are answered within 24 hours. When notes are made regarding a higher copay it is directly from the insurance company identifying a higher patient responsibility. Any review where the patient leaves contact information they will be contacted within 24 hours. I apologize for the frustration and would be happy to discuss your concerns, or refer you to the billing company.
Dr. McKen is always so welcoming and greets you with a kind smile! He truly listens and tailors your visit to your concerns, you leave feeling so much better and recharged! From making the appointment, signing in and checking out, the front office staff makes it easy and are always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your commitment to our health!
