I like the staff at Park Lake Dental, very friendly. However, my appt was at 4 and I did not get seen until 4:35.
This happened once before a year ago where I had a 4pm appt and I waited 45 minutes before I was seen, just to do a teeth cleaning. I understand that it can be busy but I am disappointed that to go in for a routine cleaning can be a lengthy appt, at least over an hour.
