Dr. To is a fantastic dentist, I've been very happy with his work. I've had multiple procedures there (i.e. tooth extraction, a bridge for a tooth that needed a root canal, crown services) and Dr. To has been the consummate professional during each and every procedure.
The front office team, however, are a completely different story. I've had negative experiences with the billing staff to the point where I am assessing whether I want to continue going to Parklane Dental. Customer service is nonexistent. They tried to charge me for a dental cleaning (even though my dental insurance 100% covers 2 annual adult cleanings) and they threatened to void the warranty on my crown and bridge if I didn't come in for the cleaning. Customer service becomes transparent when a red flag or an issue occurs (beyond the day to day operations) and I've recently had very negative experiences there.
I'm torn about the situation because although Dr. To is a great dentist I'm not sure if I can stand dealing with the front office staff and office policies.
