Prior to arriving for my appointment, I received a call reminding me that my appointment was scheduled. I appreciated this service. When I walked in to the office, I was greeted by friendly staff, who alerted me to the wait time and put me at ease that it would be soon. Then, I met with Dental Assistant, who was helpful in preparing me for the dental visit. When I asked about teeth whitening, she was knowledgeable in the various options and weighed in on those that worked best. Dr. Lam, once he arrived to begin the procedure, informed me about what he would be working on that day, and calmed me by explaining the procedure and what to expect. He was gentle, efficient, and friendly. Finally, on my way out, I met with the staff member who schedules appointments. She was, as always, helpful in providing options for my next appointment, and helped me to decided which days/times would work best by explaining how I would feel after the next procedure. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Park South Dental.
