I was looking for a new vet and this was close to home. Staff was friendly, facilities are a little old, waiting area rather small. I brought complete medical histories for both dogs. Unfortunately the vet didn't bother to read it and gave two rounds of injections that they only needed one round for because they'd had it the year before. Both dogs got really sick and were miserable. They did apologize and refund my money for the 2nd round, when I brought it to their attention.
Also, the first visit we saw one dr. who said my rescue dog needed his teeth cleaned, which I thought made sense because he's a rescue and hadn't been on good food previously. The next visit we saw the other dr. who said, the rescue dog's teeth were fine but my older dog needed a teeth cleaning.... hmmm. Teeth cleaning is really expensive and I felt like I was being taken advantage of.
When I went to a new vet, I was told that both dogs' teeth look fine and neither needs a cleaning at this point.
Although they are nice people, I don't feel comfortable trusting them with the health and well being of my dogs.
