Dr Mangini is experienced, patient, and compassionate. The staff are cheerful and efficient. The office and exam rooms are very clean and the parking lot and front street parking are safe and convenient for such a busy area.

The best vet experience I've ever had with my cat. Dr. Jessica & the staff was phenomenal.
I was scheduled an appointment within hours of calling. The staff was very professional, friendly, knowledgable and informative. A very pleasant experience. From the moment you walk in the door the staff greets you professionally and friendly. They were good listeners, which is important. The office was clean and did not smell of animals which was impressive.
My cat is 14 yrs old & is usually difficult to handle at the vet. She normally requires sedation for treatment, which makes her visits stressful for her and me. However, yesterday I took her to Dr. Jessica at Parkville Animal Hospital.
I was AMAZED at how receptive my cat was to the doctor and her assistant (unusual). Dr. Jessica and her assistant had a very kind & gentle approach handling my cat. They immediately gained my cat's trust. Literally within seconds my cat allowed both of them to handle her with ease. Dr. Jessica quickly diagnosed my cat's condition (ear infection) and provided treatment. My cat is on the road to recovery and showing signs of improvement as of today. It was a very pleasant, quick & stress free visit.
Thank you Dr. Jessica and staff at Parkville Animal Hospital. I believe I have found a new vet for my cat.
