I keep telling myself it will grow out. The one MUST I mentioned several times while discussing the cut was being able to wear a pony tail. It's summer and I am very active and I love wearing my hair pulled back. The one thing I can't do now is wear a pony tail. It is WAY TOO SHORT. I think she cut at least 5 inches off my hair, which we did not discuss, but when I realized how short she went in the back it was too late. I am very disappointed, as I have been to Parlor many times. It's like I got the exact opposite of the haircut I wanted. I got a bob. The one hair cut I can't stand on me is a chin-length bob. I cried in the bathroom after paying. We discussed a long in the front shaggy hair cut that I could wear in a pony tail. I got a chin length bob that won't go into a pony tail. I told the stylist after I cried in the bathroom that I didn't like my cut, that it wasn't what we discussed, and that we talked several times about making sure it was long enough for a pony tail. She said, "See, to me, this is long enough for a pony tail." Well, I tried. It's not. They didn't offer a refund, discount, anything to compensate. This hair cut makes me sad.
