The highlights were great as always. However, the blow-out was not up to Patrick's usual excellent standards. The young lady who did my blowout after shampooing my hair used no products at all, like a volumizer, additional heat protection, something to add body. When she finished, I've never seen my hair look so limp and straight, no style whatsoever! the young lady was pleasant but i had never seen her in the shop before.
The blow drying and styling have always been with folks who know how to add product to the hair that helps it look styled and 'finished'. That was lacking yesterday.

Wow; Elsa is a master at color. She fixed my brassy blond color and did a beautiful color that looked more natural and healthy. Will keep coming back! Price super reasonable too. Courteous staff and nice salon.
