Was disappointed that as big as the place is, with multiple work stations, social distancing was not a priority. There were two entire rows of chairs near the windows unused, and clients were placed in chairs right next to each other. Even the ladies who were just practicing on wigs weren’t moved farther away from customers. Customers Should have been seated at least every other chair IMO. When I asked a young lady to put her mask ON who was just dying a wig, I got the look! I’m nearly 60, and she was early 20s if that. Not appreciated at all. This is a great place to get your hair done. But, having been here before for a dye job, was shocked to be charged for a “second bowl” of dye, given had the stylish spread the first one thru properly a second wasn’t needed. I know because when I was there before, only one was needed. I felt ripped off this visit. But I will be sure to tell a future stylist I only want 1 Bowl. I’ve never required 2 in my life!
