The cut I had was done great and the stylist was amazing but I was very unhappy with the color. The 1st color they did my hair look the same just darker so they said that they could color again to change the color and it was still wrong. I don't think I would be upset but I brought a picture of what I wanted and I left with nothing I asked for. I have been going for over 8 years and never had a problem with color until now. The only thing I could think is to many hands in the cookie jar if you know what I mean
