My appointment was at 5:30pm, but I waited for my stylist until 6:20. I was told my stylist was cleaning their station and their tools. This was not ideal because I had left an important meeting at work early to get to the salon on time only to wait for 50 minutes.
After that, the appointment went well and I was happy with the end result when I left the salon at 10:15pm. I was surprised I didn't get a discount for having to wait so long for service. I told the instructor what happened as well.
I've been going to the Paul Mitchell School for the last 4 years and have referred at least 10 people to this location. The service has really been deteriorating each time I've gone. I don't like making statements like this because I'm in the customer service industry, but if I have one more negative experience here, I will be going elsewhere.
