Student did a good job on the color, but a horrible job on the cut. The cut was way too short compared to the picture and what I told her I wanted.

I’ve been here many times, and this is the only time I had this bad of a hair cut.

When you get a passionate student like I did, who exceeded my expectations I had the best experience. I went in for a root touch up, which was done thoroughly and swiftly. Best of all she spent her own money to have a neck rest that made it a comfortable for a hair wash in rye not so comfortable sinks. Overall friendly atmosphere, good color treatment, students eager to do well, supportive teachers - although sometimes I wish they’d check in on the newer students a bit more.

Barber tried hard. Had to remind them about facial hairs on ears, nose, and between eyes. No instructors came by to check out.

When I went the hairstylist and friends were unprofessional. They were disrespectful and hey fried my hair to the point where it was falling out. I had to tell them to take out the foils because I felt like she was forgetting about them and when she did that when i saw how incredibly fried my hair was. I wanted to cry and we had to cut off inches.
