very good. brenda and ashley at the front desk, very welcoming and helpful. this was my first week night experience and altho i would much prefer a day apppt. for srs, it was not that bad. michael raven , student, tried very hard to do a good job and he did! very conscientious. victoria and jenny, student leaders, were on the job! i have no hesitation in using your school. everyone is very on it! i've been coming for years. thank you.

My hair color was great, I received a root touch up and condition However,I paid over $13 for parking because Paul Mitchell only validates for 2 hours.

Parking garage validation now 2 hrs. used to be 4 hrs. Takes the student 3hrs.at least for retouch. Very expensive.

Again,I felt the team leader didn't guide the student enough to give me the cut I wanted. In the end, one side was shorter than the other and it was cut shorter than I wanted. I have been going to Paul Mitchel for more than 9 years and I have had nothing but problems this past year. I don't believe the leaders are of the caliber they were in years past. I was almost in tears when I left.

The front desk staff is friendly, courteous and recognize the names of regulars immediately. The students greet new and old clients with a smile and a hand shake. I find this very welcoming to experience and watch.

I had an advanced student who was pulling my hair while brow drying. I brought this to her attention, she apologized and made an effort to correct her drying form. However, my blow dry expierence continued to be uncomfortable. The end result was satisfactory. Whatever method is used to test students, I think, if this isn't already done, a supervisor should have their hair done so that they can honestly rate a stylist before graduation

The new couch is lovely and comfortable. I wish there was some back support for clients waiting in the round seating area. Due to back problems I can sit there.

Morgan was brilliant. She is very gentle and personable. Lane assisted her and is also gentle. I have had hair stylists who acted like my hair was not attached to my head - ouch! Lane is very friendly and open. I feel both of these girls will be successful in their future.

I love, love this school. I have been coming here for years and have had nothing but professional service. All the students are great. But phase 2 is worth extra money. I have thick long hair, it always looks beautiful when I leave. If you go and your hair takes lo -nger than a salon, remember theyre students.
