The Paul Mitchell experience has been awesome. Everyone is so friendly and on top of their game. I've been working with Maddie since the spring, and I absolutely love her and her work! She's super knowledgeable, explains what she is doing, and is an overall gd delight. She nails every appointment, and totally understands what I want even when I'm terrible at articulating it.

Hannah was great. She is very professional and clearly, shows she takes pride in her hair styling. She went back to do a small touch-up/trim on the right side of my neck because to her it didn't look even.
Would I have noticed? Probably not but just shows her care for detail.

It was such a great experience getting a perm at Paul Mitchell the School! Everyone is so friendly and smiling all the time. Everyone will make you feel Lao welcomed! I had the pleasure of having Mickey and Jayla help with my perm! They were so sweet and did a fantastic job on my hair. Mickey had to leave after the rolling was done and Jayla completed the perm. It was her first perm that she could see the results and her reaction was priceless! I love my hair and I can’t wait to wash it and style it! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and ok with all the perm solution they applied to my hair. I will definitely go back! And the price could not be beat either! Thank you Mickey and Jayla and the instructors that assisted! I love my hair!

Hannah was incredible! She took her time, explained things well, checked in with my daughter (7 y/o) throughout to make sure she was doing ok, and was just overall terrific! The gal at the front desk (not sure on the name, she orders products), teamed up with Hannah to help us find products that would most benefit my curly haired kiddo. It was a great time and my daughter thought it was the coolest place ever. We'll be back!

I had a great experience getting my hair cut. The student was kind, diligent and skilled. Be prepared for it to take a while though - my simple trim took 1.5 hours.

Amiah did not disappoint!!! I showed her my inspiration & she nailed it perfectly!!! I love my hair so much.I wasn’t ready to cut my hair but due to stress i needed to start over.Once she finished It made my whole day I feel really good!!
