The Paul Mitchell experience has been awesome. Everyone is so friendly and on top of their game. I've been working with Maddie since the spring, and I absolutely love her and her work! She's super knowledgeable, explains what she is doing, and is an overall gd delight. She nails every appointment, and totally understands what I want even when I'm terrible at articulating it.

It was freezing and there was no heat. We were sitting in the back and I don't like being cold. I love my hair and my stylist, but you really need to figure out how to keep your clients comfortable when it's freezing outside. It felt the same outside as it did inside and that's ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wear my coat during my entire visit.

I had a haircut with Rayann and she did such a great job. She was very meticulous with my hair making sure it was very even, which I really appreciated. She also did a great job about checking in with me to see if it was looking how I wanted it to. She spent a long time with me and it really shows. All of my friends said my haircut looks great!

My haircut was excellent and I appreciated the care taken by both the student and her instructor to listen to my preferences and then do a meticulous job with my hair. I would go back -- the instructors give you confidence that things will not go awry and the students are careful and motivated. I did find the salon to be crowded -- stations are very close to one another and several people often gather around a single client for consultation; voices carry distractingly from neighboring chairs. Especially in this continuing COVID situation -- with tiny numbers of staff/clients wearing masks -- the stations were to close for comfort.
