Paula Ulmer is a precise and experienced optometrist located in Goshen, NY. She graduated from SUNY College of Optometry and has held a private practice for over three decades. She has been awarded fellowship status at the American Academy of Optometry and the college council at SUNY College of Optometry.
Dr. Ulmer provides visual examinations, eye health evaluations, treatment for issues and diseases, vision therapy, and low-vision treatments. She is DPA and TPA certified. Dr. Ulmer also performs tests, such as visual tests for learning disabilities. Her patients include both adults and children.
Outside of work, Dr. Ulmer helps coordinate leadership and projects for the Orange County 4H clubs. She is also a member of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, where she exhibits and acts as youth advisor.
