Everyone is always very polite and knowledgeable about the procedures and standard operations. I feel taken care of whenever i visit. My only major concern is that the clerks/techs at the check-in desk that schedule appointments do not pay very much attention,they do not take client concerns seriously, and the voicemail is broken. I have raised my concerns about the voicemail recording being cut of several times and still nothing has ever been changed or acknowledged. Each time i have brought this up on my visits, they smile politely and pretend it is brand new shocking information. metaphorically i feel my face turns blue each time i try to brig this to their attention and that i am only wasting my breath at this point. I have missed appointments in the past due to the poor voicemail recording (or lack of recording) and the associate that calls to reschedule an appointment ends up annoyed with the process. IT would be far less annoying for everyone involved if clients concerns were taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

We are so sorry to hear your concerns have not been addressed. We have talked with the company who does our pre recorded calls to also address this issue and can assure you we are working with them to find the best solution. Unfortunately with pre recorded calls technical problems due arise, some phone companies block any pre recordings and background noise can also become an issue. For your convenience we also offer text message and email reminders. Thank you for your feedback.
