Dr. Figlia met me in his office shortly after I had sent him a photo of my wound, and he confirmed that it would require stitching. He was most responsive, gentle, and answered all my questions, and satisfied the emerging issue, and so far a good recovery.

Went to Evelyn , who is the medical aesthetician in Dr Figlia’s office, she was wonderful! Explained everything she was about to do and why. She has w wonderful touch.. and a wonderful bed side manner! My shin hasn’t looked this good in awhile! Will be returning!!

Dr. Figlia was called to the ER for my 10year old who slit his lip open. He was very caring and provided excellent care to my son. He did a amazing job repairing my sons lip, he took his time and explained and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also has great bedside manner and personality. I wouldn’t want any other doctor to treat my child.

Dr Figlia’s technical skills are apparent and I’m sure he did a good job stitching up my child, but his bedside manner is poor. He rushed through instructions, did not listen well, was dismissive of the hospital, tried to sell me on beauty procedures when my child had just been stitched up, and was later hard to get a hold of. I know you want a confident surgeon in the OR, but his arrogant demeanor after the operation negatively affected our overall care and experience.
