Great experience in general! It takes all day to get a process that would take about 4 hours max at another salon. Yet you pay 1/2 the price and with groupon even less. I wish it was quicker, but I understand they're students that need the extra time and instruction.

New stylist. Hair wasn't shinny and sliky looking. It looked like I needed a relaxer when my hair is fine enough not to require a relaxer.

The student was very well knowledgeable and experienced, did Excellent job of coloring my hair. The teacher was very good in guiding the student to do a good job. The teacher and student worked well together.

It was a horrible experience! I got there at 11:30 didn’t leave till 3:30 pm the young lady didn’t know how to work on African American hair. Didn’t execute her skills with confidence. The instructor took over at 3:00 pm to finish up.
