I get my hair colored once a year. It's always an exciting occasion. I came to Paul Morrison on a recommendation and was deeply disappointed with the results. I asked Amanda for a balyage that would brighten up my roots really naturally. She told me it would look like the sun brightened it. What came out were uneven, greenish looking streaks. Far from the honey blond brightening that I asked for. The $70 haircut was barely noticeable. I asked for angling around the face and it did not end up that way. I had to end up getting Anne Marie to touch up the cut. The appointment was totally rushed and before I had time to get a good look at the result, Amanda had left the salon. I wish I could get a refund but in all honesty I would pay the ridiculous $230 to have my hair back to how it was. The reason I only get my hair colored once a year is because I can only afford to get it done once a year, but I'm so upset by how I look that I'm scheduling another appointment at a different salon to get the color corrected. I've been crying all day because of it. Terrible, terrible experience.
