Hi, I have been very pleased with my stylist Kathy over the past few years I have been going to the salon.
My only complaint is that your prices are high. I see that you offer discounts to new customers, so that old customers feel left out. Some kind of reward incentive for loyal customers would be nice.
Also, if, as I've been told, a glaze is necessary for a single process color to look nice, shouldn't that be included with the price? Seems kind of like selling a car and charging extra for tires.
