READ FOR YOUR GOOD (NEW TRICK) My visit with Dr Rowe for contact lenses was very surprising and very unfair and unprofessional. They put me through 2 different screenings and then with Dr. Rowe, My insurance paid for the visit, but when I got to the counter I was told that I had to pay $250 for a "Contact Fitting session" appointment and if you don't pay the $250, they will NOT give you a copy of your lens prescription. I told the girl that this was never relayed to me before the visit, of course not, especially if they stand to make that chunk of change. AND then she said the visit would include fitting of disposable lenses which I never indicated I wanted. It made sense though, F you for $250 and then he chooses your lenses, and of course disposables will put more money in his pocket, now that's a WIN WIN for Dr. Rowe! F the patient.
