Prior to service appointment there were multiple scehduling & product inventory issues.
Statement given by our person on site:
I will tell you the guy they sent did not have a clue what he was doing and took a long time and did not do it correctly. He had to call someone from PDQ DOOR to come and help and then finally with OUR help (we had to question them on making sure our keys we had were going to work). When we tried the keys, they did not work as he did not install it correctly.
Upon receiving invoice it was incorrect which also required us to reach out for correction again.
When providing this feedback to Cathy Forcier at your Hampden location I received NO REACTION OR RESPONSE.
