I am upset with the note I received on my statement when I picked up the dog food. It says the dog food was a special order and the next time I have to let you know ahead of time when we need it. It will be 10 yrs in March since we have been bringing Sami up there and went there before that with our other dog. First of all, had an appt on Dec 5th for Sami's anal glands at 9:30, they took her back at 9:55 after I had to ask the receptionist if they forgot about us. She was busy with a rep. They brought Sami out in about 7 min the shortest time they ever did her glands. We bring her every 3 months for that. I told the receptionist we would need dog food in about 3 wks, she gave me a coupon. I called up there on Dec 20th for the food. I think it was Debbie and was told she had to check to see if they had any. She said to call back after the truck came in at about 1:30 or 2. I did call back and when I got there all they had was a small bag. I took it just in case we needed it. So on Dec 27th called again to see if the big bag came in on the truck that day and was told it did. Went up to get it the same day and saw the note on my statement. It reads your prescription diet today was a special order. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE WHEN YOUR FOOD SUPPLY IS DOWN TO NO LESS THAT A WEEKS SUPPLY TO PLACE YOUR ORDER. Sami has been on this for years and have never had to call ahead to order it. Plus I never received a note like that either. How could it be a SPECIAL order when I was there on the 5th and told them we would need it in about 3 weeks. Was told they would have it. And having to wait almost 30 min for our appt when there was only one other patient there. And having to ask the receptionist if they forgot about us. Also, Laura needs to be more personable. She really had an attitude when I picked up the big bag of food. Needless to say we were not happy with all 3 times we had to deal with this problem. You always had food there when we needed, but Laura did say that Cindy ordered too much and it would get out dated. Hope you understand how we feel. Thanks for listening.

I have been coming to Peach Grove for over 25 years. I would not take my animals anywhere else. I do miss Dr. Kelley since she retired thou.

I absolutely Love Dr. Johnson. She is compassionate and a straight shooter. I appreciate her honesty and her love for all animals. She treated my cats and.I.well then took time to answer all my questions. Thanks for being a great vet I can trust!

Techs were professional, caring and gentle with my 60+l lb. older dog, who has arthritis. They were helpful in removing her from the car. They immediately took her to the treatment area for a Drug Monitoring Profile and to trim her long nails to help her walk better . Dr. Mc Auther called and gave me the results of the blood test and recommendations.

My dog has made a great improvement in her mobility and has increased energy. She also has resumed her ability to go up and down a 12 step flight of stairs several times a day since taking arthritis medicine. She will cotinue to need blood tests to determine efficacy of the arthritis medicine and any possible side effects.

I highly recommend PGAH.

This is our 2nd pet we are bring to Peach Grove for our veterinary needs. Elliot(RIP) loved seeing Dr. McArthur .....as I'm sure Lucy also will. Great place, very loving caring and professional to your pets needs, as well as to your needs.
