I very much appreciated being able to get an appointment the same day I called and everyone in the office is very nice! The one frustrating note was when i was trying to contact the lab my tests were sent to. I was given the number to a closed office twice for Quest and then given a number to Labcorp, a different company. Labcorp never heard of me and when i asked to confirm my tests were sent there, the front office said my tests were sent to Labcorp while the medical staff told me Quest. The fact that i couldn't get a clear story on where my lab tests were sent was stressful, though i do appreciate the patience and kindness of the whole staff through my many calls. This office is very friendly and that always helps when you aren't feeling well to begin with. Special acknowledgement to the woman who took my blood, who was absolutely fantastic in dealing with my anxiety. (I don't know her name due to that anxiety.) Excellent staff.
Thank you for your feed back Sarah. I am sorry to hear of your frustrations with your lab work. It can be a benefit to you to check with your insurance to see who your in network lab would be. Quest and LabCorp both have patient portals that make it easier for patients to find their lab results. Once again, I do apologize that our communication was not up to par.
