The wait in the waiting room was very short, less than 5 minutes. Kayley was friendly and easy to talk to. The phlebotomist was phenomenal. The front desk staff was cordial, however, I did not appreciate that I was charged a copay for a wellness visit. When I questioned her about it, I received a response that seemed to be reaching. Something to the effect of, "Well, some insurances are different and we charge 'just in case' the insurance company doesn't cover everything. And if you talk about something other than wellness, it no longer counts as a wellness check. I see here that you discussed ----." It truly seemed as though she was grasping to say something to appease me.
