Well, i like everything about Pearl Care except we are having a difficult time figuring out my insurance with Cigna as apparently you're outside the network for them. That's unfortunate and concerning to me because that was my first question when I called to schedule an appointment with you... do you take Cigna Insurance and the answer was yes.

And then my costs were added up without my Cigna Insurance being called, and now I still don't have actual costs even though I had my teeth cleaned.

Thank you Chris for your feedback. We do understand that this can be frustrating because we do our very best to help each patient with their insurance. We DO accept and bill CIGNA and have many patients who have it. The unfortunate thing is that we can only estimate what they will pay each plan is determined by your employer or the person purchasing the plan. If you would like to call me (Tammy) I can help you further with with you being the policy holder they will talk to you more in detail. So please call me and I can give you the questions to ask, and your insurance plan should of given you a breakdown of benefits if they have not please ask them for one. Thank you!

How soon can I expect to not experience pain when I eat something. Breakfast this morning was painful.

Dennis thank you for the question, when a patient has pain after a procedure it is best to call in because each situation is different and the reasons will be different. Generally after a procedure there should not be pain, unless a tooth is fractured or has an infection.

This was a 60K mile total service of an F-350, plus a few other things. We don't drive it much so it was quite awhile since anything was done. When it is really needed - - we want it to work. We have it to pull a travel trailer the next time a wildfire chases us out the driveway. We've been taking autos to Seth Motors since 1988 or '89. We always learn something. Family Eye Clinic really was a wonderful place to go. I was there for a simple eye exam, and they were all very nice and friendly, and I observed their interaction with other patients and they honestly seemed to care about the well-being of the people coming to them. It was not a place that simply provides eye care and sends you on your way again. You feel like you have been initiated into a family, just as they claim, that cares what happens to you and wants you to feel happy with how your eyes work.
