Well, i like everything about Pearl Care except we are having a difficult time figuring out my insurance with Cigna as apparently you're outside the network for them. That's unfortunate and concerning to me because that was my first question when I called to schedule an appointment with you... do you take Cigna Insurance and the answer was yes.
And then my costs were added up without my Cigna Insurance being called, and now I still don't have actual costs even though I had my teeth cleaned.
Thank you Chris for your feedback. We do understand that this can be frustrating because we do our very best to help each patient with their insurance. We DO accept and bill CIGNA and have many patients who have it. The unfortunate thing is that we can only estimate what they will pay each plan is determined by your employer or the person purchasing the plan.
