From entry, to Begonia (sp?) literally running out to my car in a storm because I left my bag on her counter, everyone is friendly and professional. The building is clean and comfortably cool. Dr. Blalock is very personable, not a "stuffy doctor", kind and easy to interact with. He caught something that could be potentially medically wrong, and he wants to recheck in a few months. Very interesting explanation.
