The person that checked me in was a younger man who I hadn't seen at Pearle Vision before. He took my medical history and performed the initial test for Doctor Martin. He wasn't overtly rude, but he wasn't nice either. Real direct and to the point, very stoic. Having a choice for my medical care, I wouldn't chose to see him again.

When I was paying for the eye exam I asked the worker to use my health care savings card. She said she was going to run it through my insurance instead. A week later I realized they charged my insurance 160 for a regular eye exam. My portion will be 120. I returned to the store to ask if there had been an error in billing. I was told that it was the correct price for insurance billing. Had she used the card like I requested the charge would have been 80. The worker was apathetic and unapologetic. She shrugged her shoulders, smiled and asked if there was anything else she could help me with. (I've never paid more than 45 for an eye exam). My family will never return to Pearl.

Very good service, but I would like to be able to order contacts and deliver at home. This used to be something you could do for even a 3 month supply, now I would have to order a one year supply. Why?

We do offer shipping on all contact purchases. An annual supply does have free shipping to your home, anything less there is a small fee for shipping.

Dr Martin is one of the most positive people I've ever met. Always happy and makes the visit a pleasure. The rest of the staff at Pearle is very good too.

VERY POOR, GLASSES HAD TO BE SENT BACK AND REDONE.

NO WORD ON WHEN NEW GLASSES WILL BE BACK.

Service, eye exam was good. I came in with a buy one get one free coupon for new glasses, same as I used last year, sales person said wording was different. False advertising, I left with no glasses!
