Poor billing practices.

We are sorry that you feel unhappy about our "billing practices". We actually try not to bill patients and always discuss patient's financial responsibilities up front prior to any treatment. We do file insurance as a courtesy. If the insurance does not pay, then of course, we do bill the patient, as it is always the patient's responsibility. Since this is an anonymous review, I cannot help you personally.
