I am a single mom so it makes it hard to make these appts he already had and ray needing to have an extraction but wouldn’t do it at my original office so made this appt. Another day taken off to make this appt to know I had to make another appt to schedule the extraction in a couple months. Just a tad frustrating. It very kind staff. No complaint about that it would just be nice to get the actual extraction out of the way.

My daughter was scared the good part is when they tried to soothe her to make her less scared by singing to her, and gave her a toy when she was done.

What I didn’t like was that they were suppose to sedate my daughter to where she could’ve at least been half sleep and not terrified and crying though out the whole procedure, then when she’s telling me she’s in pain afterwards I ask the receptionist if she was suppose to be in pain because naturally she couldn’t since they gave her medicine, she tells me everyone pain level is different my daughter is only four they should’ve at least gave her something else.
