As usual, we had only a short wait. All of the staff was welcoming and made my seven year old son comfortable. Also as usual, I didn't feel rushed in any way. Dr. Charlie answered all of my questions. It was a great dental experience. That is why my sons are very comfortable at the dentist....they are never scared to go. The only negative is that we have been receiving bills in the mail every month for the last three months, even though we have a zero balance. There seems to be a mistake. Every time I call or speak to someone, they say it is taken care of, but I continue to receive statements. Hopefully, after speaking with them yesterday I won't receive another incorrect bill next month.
