For the most part, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There was a hiccup toward the end of my visit, which I wish was handled better. At the end, the office manager provided me an estimate for other services that I needed. However, there was a miscommunication where I didn't understand the services on the quote and when it was being explained to me by the office manager it wasn't clicking because different language was used. The office manager got so upset and raised her voice and aggressively explained the people in back should have explained all this to me. She kept angrily repeating herself and it still wasn't clicking. I asked to talk to the dental hygienist so I can understand the estimate and another assistant was able to explain it to me calmly. I wish the visit didn't end that way because everyone else was lovely and that negative experience makes me question going back.
I love the de gal assistants, they are super nice and friendly. I have not had good experiences with shelley at the front desk however. She has been pretty rude at times. And, I have also had problems with the cost I am quoted for work ending up costing me much more out of pocket.
